In order to avoid any kind of alimentary risk to
our consumer, our production process is monitored
by an HACCP procedure (Analysis and Risk controls
at every critical point of the production chain)
evaluated by the AFAQ organism (French Accredited
Organism for Quality Assurance Management
Evaluation) which consists in controlling
internally (by our Quality Service) and externally
(by external laboratories) : from reception of raw
materials to the packing of final product.
We are doing our best to guarantee the high quality
of our products : they are all pasteurised or
sterilised. The caps of our jars with their "Flip
Panel" and the protection tongues guarantee their
inviolability, assuring total sanitary
security.

In order to complete the alimentary security
measures and to improve continually our working
methods, we are setting up a Total Quality
Management system (ISO 9001) with the help of the
AFAQ organism.
