The company technical process respects the manual and
traditional know-how to obtain natural and very tasty
products. Our production chains are automatic, but
nevertheless require human intervention at several
stages.
Our sweet specialities are prepared according to a
traditional technical process and know-how : they are cooked
in cauldrons, upgraded by a fruit precrystallisation
and selfpasteurised. Our recipes are made of top quality
fruits, cane sugar and concentrated fruit juices.
None additive added.

Our salted specialities are produced according to the
manual and traditional know-how of our chef to obtain
natural and very tasty products Of course none additive
added to the recipe !
The specialities combine tasty and nutritional qualities but
also all the flavours of Provence and Alps way of
cooking.
